Your prescription medication has been packaged in a unique Self-Medication Delivery System, which has been designed to afford precise dosing in a clean and user-friendly format.
Your Self-Medication Delivery System includes the following items:
1. First Dose of the Day
Individual SYRINGE CARTRIDGES, which include your prescribed medication.
– Individual disposable side slotted applicator tips (patent pending).
– Reusable precise dosing device with 3 numbered dose slots (patent pending).
Self Medication
Take a SYRINGE CARTRIDGE and place the barrel inside the DOSERITE device with the cap pointing in the direction of the arrow.Insert the wings of the SYRINGE CARTRIDGE into the slot marked number ONE (Indicated by the red line) and snap into place.
Snap the back of the plunger into the vertical slot at the back of the DOSERITE device.
Remove cap from SYRINGE CARTRIDGE.
2. Second Dose of the Day
To use the assembled Self-Medication Device, INSERT ACCUTIP applicator into the anus to insertion stop. Then push the plunger until it will go no further in the DOSERITE device. This will discharge one dose of medication into the anus. (ACCUTIP applicator can be lubricated with water prior to insertion)Rotate the device slightly before pulling out of the anus. The slight rotation will disperse the medication within the anus.
After removing the ACCUTIP applicator from the anus, place the plastic bag over the used ACCUTIP applicator. Use the plastic bag to unthread the used ACCUTIP applicator from the SYRINGE CARTRIDGE. Zip the plastic bag closed and dispose of the tip only.
Reattach the cap onto the SYRINGE CARTRIDGE and store the device for the next use.
3. Third Dose of the Day
Remove the SYRINGE CARTRIDGE from the number ONE position. Insert the wings of the SYRINGE CARTRIDGE into the slot marked number TWO, reposition the barrel into the DOSERITE device and snap into place.Snap the back of the plunger into the vertical slot at the back of the DOSERITE device.
Remove cap from SYRINGE CARTRIDGE. Remove a new ACCUTIP applicator from plastic bag and thread onto the SYRINGE CARTRIDGE.
Follow the self-medication instruction listed on the other side.
Remove the SYRINGE CARTRIDGE from the number TWO position. Insert the wings of the SYRINGE CARTRIDGE into the slot marked number THREE, reposition the barrel into the DOSERITE device and snap into place.Snap the back of the plunger into the vertical slot at the back of the DOSERITE device.
Remove cap from SYRINGE CARTRIDGE. Remove a new ACCUTIP applicator from plastic bag and thread onto the SYRINGE CARTRIDGE.
Follow the self-medication instruction listed on the other side.
After self-medication is complete, remove the empty SYRINGE CARTRIDGE from the DOSERITE device and dispose of the SYRINGE CARTRIDGE (there might be some medication left in the SYRINGE CATRIDGE).

SELF MEDICATION POSITIONS
Standing with one leg elevated (on a chair or edge of bathtub), advance ACCUTIP applicator into the anus from either the front or the back.
Recline on your back with knees bent. Advance ACCUTIP applicator into the anus from the front.
Users may find alternative positions more convenient:- reclining left-side down
- administering while on commode
